Rights, Royalties & Transparency

Ownership and licenses
Creators remain responsible for their content and rights. Publishing permits XECHO to host, process, stream, display, and distribute content; listeners receive personal-use access. WaveShop purchases grant the displayed license, not the original copyright.
Revenue and payouts
Revenue may come from eligible streams, tips, purchases, WaveShop sales, fan subscriptions, audiobooks, and selected on-chain transactions. Each rail can have different fees, schedules, thresholds, currencies, refunds, and reporting.
Creators should complete identity, tax, payout, and rights requirements. Current Terms describe monthly payouts above an applicable minimum; the dashboard is authoritative for an account's percentage, threshold, status, and destination.
Traditional, crypto, and AI rails
XECHO supports traditional processing and selected cryptocurrency transactions. Crypto may require a wallet, network fees, and irreversible confirmation.
The public AI Pledge says AI activity is structurally separate from human artist payouts, uses consent-based training, and prohibits unauthorized voice cloning. Transparency exposes selected contract addresses and on-chain state.
Not every payment is on-chain. Reporting must identify whether a figure comes from traditional or blockchain rails.
