Support in a Universe of fourteen verticals is mostly a routing problem. Almost every question has a correct owner, and almost every frustrating support experience comes from asking the wrong one. This hub exists to shorten that: it sorts the common cases by who can actually act on them, and the pages beneath it cover the four areas where the boundaries are least obvious — service status, account and wallet boundaries, citation practice, and how corrections are made.
Who owns what
| Your question is about | Ask |
|---|---|
| A game not running, or your progress in one | that game's vertical |
| An order, a price, a delivery | the Xdripian Emporium |
| Your account, sign-in or recovery | the Xdripian Sanctum |
| A vote, a proposal, a governance matter | the City Council |
| A lore record that looks wrong | the Xdripian Codex |
| A file, its terms or its version | the Xdripian Asset Vault |
| Whether something is released yet | the portal's Roadmap and Changelog |
| Press, partnership, collaboration | the portal's contact channels |
| An error in this documentation | the corrections page in this section |
What documentation can and cannot do
It can tell you where to go and what to have ready. It cannot see your account, change an order, restore progress, edit a lore record or answer whether a service is up right now. Treating a guide as a support desk costs you time that a two-minute detour to the right vertical would have saved.
Community is not support
The Conclave is readers talking to each other and the City Council is governance. Neither routes a message to anyone who can fix your problem.
Before asking anywhere, note what you did, what happened, what you expected, and where. Those four facts turn a conversation into an answer.
