Overview
Studio-X is our browser-based music studio for artists who want to own their work. Our tagline: "Record, mix, collaborate and release straight to XECHO. Masters always yours." Studio-X is In Development and in early pre-alpha. The tools and flows below reflect our active roadmap and will evolve before public release.
Principles
- You own every master: no label deal and no rights surrender.
- No installs: the studio runs in a browser tab.
- Non-destructive editing: every cut, fade and time-shift is reversible.
- Cloud-persistent sessions: sessions auto-save and resume from any device.
- Direct-to-profile release: finished projects publish to a creator's XECHO profile without a distributor.
Collaboration
Studio-X supports real-time and asynchronous collaboration: invite artists, pass takes, and lock the mix while someone else works. Royalty splits travel with the project through release.
Audio specifications described
- Export: WAV or AIFF up to 96 kHz and 24-bit.
- Engine: configurable buffers from 256 to 2048 and sample rates up to 96 kHz.
