Attribution, Licensing and Terms
Last updated: August 21, 2026
The Vault's general posture is public, free and open to hot-linking without authentication. That posture is not a licence, and this page is not one either. The terms that govern any particular file are published with that file, on its own page in the Vault, and they are what applies — including in the cases where a specific asset carries conditions the general description does not mention.
Crediting the project
Getting attribution right is mostly a matter of four fixed facts. The project is Tales of Xdripia. Its publisher is XDRIP Digital Management LLC, always uppercase, and the founder is that company rather than any individual. The correct general link is the main portal. For claims about origin or creative process, cite the About page; for publisher and legal identity, the Impressum.
What attribution does not cover
Credit is not permission. Naming the project correctly does not extend the terms of an asset, and it does not authorise use of official marks to imply endorsement, partnership or affiliation. Those are separate questions and are settled through the portal's contact channels, not by a citation line.
When to ask
Ask when your use is commercial, when it modifies an official mark, when it could reasonably be read as speaking for the project, or when the asset's own terms do not clearly cover what you intend. A short, specific message is answered faster than a general one.
Where this guide and an asset's published terms differ, the asset's terms govern. Nothing here creates, extends or interprets a licence.
