Once an order exists it has its own public lookup route, reachable when you hold a valid public order identifier. Alongside it, the Emporium publishes shop policy pages at their own routes — the documents that actually govern a purchase. Those policies are the answer to nearly every question that begins "what happens if", and they are public, so they can be read before buying rather than consulted afterwards in a worse mood.
Read the policies first
Returns, damage, delivery, cancellation and anything else consequential is settled by published policy. Reading them takes minutes and converts most post-purchase anxiety into a known answer. Nothing in this documentation restates them, and nothing here overrides them.
Where a purchase problem goes
To the Emporium. A commerce issue is not a Conclave topic, not a City Council matter and not something the Codex or this Knowledge Base can act on. Using the shop's own support route is faster and is the only path with access to your order.
What to have ready
Your public order identifier, what you ordered, what happened and what you expected. A message with those four things can be acted on immediately.
Keeping your identifier
The public order route needs a valid identifier. Keep the one you were issued somewhere you will find it — it is what makes an order lookupable without a session.
Published shop policies govern every purchase. This page describes where to find them, and is not itself a statement of terms.
