Linux Installation
Linux Support — Coming Soon. This section documents Linux installation ahead of its release. XColdPro Stable V1.0 supports Windows and macOS. Linux support is in active development and will be delivered as a free update. All purchases include lifetime platform updates.
Step 1: Prepare External Drive
Format with Disks GUI or fdisk/parted. Recommended: exFAT for cross-platform, ext4 for Linux-only. Install exfat-utils if needed.
Step 2: Install AppImage
Copy XColdPro-Linux-v1.0.AppImage to USB. Make executable: chmod +x XColdPro-Linux-v1.0.AppImage. No root required for operation.
Step 3: Launch & Verify
Disconnect network. Run: ./XColdPro-Linux-v1.0.AppImage. Verify "Air-Gapped" indicator. Verify SHA-256: sha256sum XColdPro-Linux-v1.0.AppImage
