macOS Installation
Never Install on Internal Hard Drive. Hard drives are always connected — always vulnerable. XColdPro must run exclusively from removable media.
Step 1: Prepare External Drive Open Disk Utility → Select external drive → Erase. Format: APFS (Mac-only) or exFAT (cross-platform). Scheme: GUID Partition Map.
Step 2: Install Application
Double-click .dmg → Drag XColdPro.app to external drive folder. Eject DMG after copy completes.
Step 3: Bypass Gatekeeper & Verify Control-click XColdPro.app → "Open" → Confirm. Grant Full Disk Access in System Preferences → Security & Privacy. Disable WiFi before wallet operations.
Apple Silicon: XColdPro includes universal binary — native performance on M1/M2/M3. No Rosetta required.
