Contact, Press and Collaboration Routes

Last updated: August 21, 2026

The portal maintains official contact channels for general enquiries, press, collaboration and partnership. Choosing between them is mostly a question of what you need back. A reader with a question about a lore detail needs a pointer; a journalist needs assets, an accurate description of the publisher and permission to quote; a prospective collaborator needs to reach the people who decide. Sending all three down the same route slows all three down.

Before writing

A surprising share of enquiries are already answered by published material. Official logos, wallpapers, graphic kits, documents and media live in the Xdripian Asset Vault, are free to use, need no account and may be hot-linked directly. Publisher identity and editorial disclosure are on the Impressum. Development status is on the Roadmap and Changelog. Checking those three first usually turns a request into a link.

What to include

For press, say what you are writing, where it will appear and which assets you need — a specific request is faster to answer than a general one. For collaboration, describe what you are proposing concretely enough to be assessed, including the surface it would touch: a game, the music academy, the Library and the Emporium have very different constraints. For a correction, name the exact page and quote the passage.

Community discussion is not a support channel and not a press channel. The Conclave is for readers talking to each other; the City Council is for governance. Neither routes a message to the publisher.
