Registering and Managing Your Profile

Last updated: August 21, 2026

The Conclave publishes login, register, profile and settings routes. Registration exists for one reason: posting. Reading, browsing and searching all work without it, so the decision to create an account is genuinely a decision to participate rather than a toll on access. That framing is worth keeping in mind, because it means you can take as long as you like to decide whether this is a community you want to speak in.

What a profile does here

It attaches your posts to a consistent identity, which is what makes discussion possible over time — a thread where nobody can be recognised across replies is not a conversation. Settings control your own experience of the forum.

A Conclave profile is not a Sanctum identity

The Universe's identity space is the Xdripian Sanctum, which holds profile, achievements and the Ally journey. The Conclave holds a forum profile. They are separate services with separate state, and being signed into one is not being signed into the other.

What to put in a public profile

Posts are publicly browsable, which means your profile is too. Attach what you would be comfortable having read by anyone, including people who arrive years later — forum archives are long-lived by design.

Reach sign-in and registration by typing the address or using your own bookmark, never from a link in a message or a post. Forums are a common vector for convincing fake sign-in pages.
