Privacy and Connected Products

Last updated: August 21, 2026

Sanctum is described as connected identity, and it is worth being precise about what "connected" means, because the word does more work than it appears to. Terminus names Sanctum as the identity space it connects to. Other verticals maintain their own accounts, sessions and state. Connection means a relationship between identities, not one session that opens every door — and assuming otherwise leads both to confusion and to poor privacy decisions.

What stays where

Game state stays with its game. Arcade achievements are Arcade data; Terminus colonies are Terminus data; Conclave posts belong to the Conclave; Council votes belong to the Council and to the address that cast them. Sanctum holds identity, profile, achievements and the Ally journey.

What is public by design

Some things in this Universe are meant to be seen: the Terminus commander roster shows visible strength, Arcade leaderboards are global, Conclave threads are publicly browsable, and Council votes are attributable. None of that is a leak — it is how those surfaces work — but it should inform what you attach to your identity.

Policies

The portal publishes Privacy Policy, Privacy Choices and Terms pages, and those are the governing documents. This guide describes boundaries as a reader encounters them and does not restate, summarise or interpret policy.

For any actual question about data handling, rights or choices, the portal's published privacy documents are the source. Documentation is not a policy and cannot be relied on as one.
