Registering and Signing In
Last updated: August 21, 2026
Sanctum publishes four unauthenticated account routes: login, register, forgot password and reset password. They are the entire public surface of the vertical, and between them they cover getting in and getting back in. This page explains what they are for and how to approach them; it does not reproduce their forms or their steps, because those belong to a live credentialed flow.
Reaching them safely
Type the address or use a bookmark you made yourself. Do not reach a sign-in page from a link in an email, a message, a search advertisement or a piece of documentation — including this one. That single habit defeats the overwhelming majority of credential attacks, and it costs nothing.
What an account gives you
A persistent identity in the Universe: a profile, tracked achievements, your position on the Sanctum leaderboard, and progress through the Xdripian Ally journey. Almost everything else in the Universe — the Codex, the Library, the Archives, the Atlas, the public Conclave, the Asset Vault — is readable without one.
Before registering
Decide what you want it for. If you intend to play Terminus, participate in the Conclave, or track achievements, an account is the mechanism. If you came to read, you do not need one and should not feel prompted into it.
A sign-in page that arrived as a link is the classic attack. Verify the address in the bar before typing anything, every time, even when the design looks exactly right.
